On the last day of 2019, I reflect back on the goals I set for myself, and am pretty happy with my results:
GOAL A: Read 56 books. ACHIEVED 99!
GOAL B: Run 600+ miles. FELL SHORT BY 1.5 MILES (598.54)
GOAL C: Volunteer 250 hours. ACHIEVED 299 (Meals on Wheels, Franklin Senior Center, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program)!
GOAL D: Learn to quilt. ACHIEVED! Completed 20 Quilts, plus a few pillows, a satchel, two fidget blankets, a skirt, pot holders, and pot holder gloves. See below for a slide-show of some of my favorites.
GOAL E: Write one blog post per month. ACHIEVED (sort of). I wrote a total of 13 posts, which technically covers my goal, but it wasn’t actually one per month. I made up for it by embedding my Instagram into my blog, but random pictures don’t make up for writing about our experiences.
GOAL F: One date per month with Lou where I dress up and wear red lipstick. ACHIEVED! The last one is today!
GOAL G: Walk 1.2 million steps. ACHIEVED 1,899,141!
