The stage was set.
We were waiting patiently with hundreds of other family members.
First we had to watch the academic dignitaries parade to the stage and then the impressive array of flags representing all of the countries where the students call home.
Finally came the students one right after the other, separated by their respective colleges.
They were all so happy to be getting their degrees.
And then came the official graduation hugs, kisses and poses with family and friends.
What’s a celebration without a gathering of friends, family, dogs, and way too much food?
