Angry Eyes Easter Kittie
We enjoyed a very interesting and fun Easter this year. Ginger invited a former co-worker, Kate, to dinner along with her husband, Jonathan, … who’s Jewish. This made for a complicated dinner, since not only did we have to plan the menu kosher but Kate had a multitude of special dietary restrictions. The dessert turned out to be the most complicated menu item since two of her restrictions involved eggs and flour. We solved that problem by asking Kate to bring the dessert. The first thing we did when they arrived was color the eggs, which Jonathan had never done before. We also colored Cabo as the now traditional Angry Eyes Easter Kitty.
After dinner we went outside and took turns hiding the eggs from one another. It was another first for Jonathan, but he was quite good at hiding them.
